A descent was made on an alleged Ku-Klux Klan in St. Louis on April 6, when twenty persons, mostly boys, were arrested, and a constitution, which stated that the object of the order was to drive the ruling robbers and murderers out of the South, by assassination, if necessary, was discovered, and also a few implements of their paraphernalia.
