Captain Mason, President of the Registration Board of Fulton County, Arkansas, was murdered on the 19^th of September by the Ku-Klux Klan, and several negroes have been killed and churches burned recently by the same organization. General Hindman of the same State was assassinated, on September 27, by one of his former rebel soldiers.
