Annissa Hambouz

Annissa Hambouz is a full-time faculty member of the Beekman School in Manhattan, where she teaches world history, U.S. government and European politics. She is also an adjunct instructor at the Center for European Studies at New York University, and currently serves as faculty advisor to NYU and Columbia University students participating in a Model European Union consortium. In addition to teaching, Hambouz has also worked as a freelance editor and consultant for Oxford University Press, CTB, and McGraw-Hill Higher Education, and as a diversity trainer for an anti-bias education program. Hambouz holds a B.A. in International and Area Studies from Kalamazoo College and an M.A. in European Politics and Policy from New York University.
